You need to hit the gym. You're skinnyfat. Probably dont cut because you will be a literal skeleton. Try body recomp or just bulk. You may look fatter, but eventually you will cut and actually reveal some muscle

Not big calorie deficit to get rid of fat, or just maintain your weight. Lift, so you build more muscle, so the fats not so visible anymore
