Kolyma charges a fuckton for hosting. That extra pay is for being in Russia. DOLL could switch to Terrahost or Frantech (NL or US respectively), but then would have to deal with their laws a lot more, even though both are bulletproof.

CPU is definitely the biggest issue, not as much with ram or storage space. I have a 19 dollar server with them personally and the server is humongous, but the bottleneck is the slow cpu.
