Only a few months ago, you'd find a new post every time you refreshed the page. Now you have to wait a minute or two, which shows a significant decrease in posts-per-hour (from one post every 5 seconds to one post every minute). This is happening in the middle of August, no less.

Aside from measuring useless statistics, this site has suffered 2 changes in leadership, multiple server and domain trasnfers, the addition and removal of many rules and boards, and countless janny leaks. Not to mention the massive IP leak and the endless CP attacks.
It's not a matter of if the site will die, but rather a matter of when the site will die.

I ask that doll does not interfere with this thread. Its purpose is only to preserve an objective record of the events going on in this site as they happen and not to create drama.

the statistics are useful though, because they show an absolute growth regardless of the meta drama. people come and people go, and more people are coming here every day as an absolute despite the doomsaying. Soot maxed out at 200 pph, kuz maxed out at 600, and we are at 1200 on peak days (1800 if 4cuck goes down). there's more drama because there are more people interacting with the site. it's just how it is.
