according to that one article from a newspaper (the one detailing the "connection" between 4cuck and some toy manufacturer) they have their own server house in the US.
it also checks out with one blog post made by gookmoot years ago where he detailed the costs of running 4cuck and said that they werent using AWS or anything else on the cloud
