I know only 2 things about IBM although it's probably some outsourced bureaucratic kolkhoz in Poland:
-they don't pay interns and that's why it's called Murzynownia (Murzyn means both Negro and someone who's working for free)
-there was some Romanian working in it who was fired (he had some bad things written about him in his certificate of employment, so his chances of a new employment in corporations have lowered) and then he started spamming wykop.pl with gemmy blacmail spam posts like picrel. The biggest social website in Poland added phone verification specifically to counter this Romanian, but the ancestor of Traian became victorious
